A label born from frustration. Built for women who refuse to disappear into their clothes.
VANDORE was named for Vandita — a woman who spent years walking into rooms dressed in clothes that weren't made for her.
Not her shape. Not her hours. Not her ambition.
She kept adjusting. The blazer that gaped by noon. The trouser that creased by three. The dress that was perfect for 7pm but useless by 9am.
So she stopped adjusting. And started designing.
VANDORE is the answer to a question every working woman has asked at 8am, 3pm, and 9pm: Why does nothing actually fit?
"Vandore means timeless luxury. It means showing up bold."
She has opinions. She has a calendar that doesn't breathe. She has a
boardroom at 9am and dinner at 9pm. She has never once asked permission
to take up space.
She just needed clothes that understood that.
She is a product designer who got tired of designing around a problem she lived every single day.
The formal wear industry built its patterns for a body type that most women don't have, and a workday that ended at 5.
Vandita's workday never ended at 5.
She had 7am calls, noon pitches, 3pm reviews, and 8pm dinners. She needed one outfit that could hold its own through all of it.
It didn't exist.
So she built VANDORE.
